I don't know of an EA. I'm sure there is one out there. But for donchian's rules: url It is a simple breakout rule. Once it breaks out of the past x bar's high/low place a trade. Which is something like this. But much simpler in concept.

I'm confused... How is this different from richard donchian's method other than the limited take profit and stop loss? In fact, the donchian method is a age old proven to work strategy that can make millions. why reinvent the wheel?

Your question comes from your coding background I suppose. Indeed for a bot to work, it has to be very well defined. Having an unusual entry technique is definitely not going to make a good exit. To the OP: However, there are other methods which can ...

Great post. However it does not answer the question of who is performing better. Your post merely explains who has better position sizing. It doesn't mean that A performed better than B or vice versa. The question itself does not provide a clear ...

@OP. You are confused here. First of all, answer these questions: 1)Do you have a system? When I say system, I mean a set of rules that you will follow. These rules are supposed to give you an edge in trading. If you don't have one, I suggest you go ...

I don't think so. If you had 500 million to put your money in. Would you try to pick tops and bottoms? Or would you rather a trend looks like it is forming before you put your money in? It might look like a bottom now, but how sure are you that it ...

True, which is why so many people want to code a robot
@lldocll: it will never happen because markets can never be tamed. It has never happened and will probably never will. A robot that works will always work.EURUSD
