The Law of Charts is a wave-type system, but in my opinion it is much easier to understand and profit off of than Elliot Wave, which can require years of study to become proficient. Sorry to Xenaga03 for derailing this. andersenws

There is a gap because there was a huge off-hours move. Check out the "Big boys did it again" thread. The reason this shows up as a gap is because the move was not during trading hours, therefore it does not show up on the chart. andersenws

Thanks, Bemac. I've noticed that good setups tend to get renamed and reused and passed around, which is good. If you'll look at the first chart, one could interpret it as an upside down head and shoulders, and it would've given almost the same gain. ...
