I also don't know how different between FSA & FSC but I think both they're good regulators. Because I'm trading with HotForex (FSC regulated) and everything looks good so far. But FSA brokers like FXCM is also good.

There is nothing called best brokers. even NDD or DD broker. But I recommend you a good broker that accept Neteller and have various type of account for you to invest, that's Hotforex STP/ECN NDD broker. Minimum deposit for mini-account is $5.

Yes. the deposit is instant and withdrawal often takes 24 hours. I just made a withdrawal from last Friday but due to the UK national day so money hasn't come yet

Checking the broker first, if that is a good broker, it's no problem because broker need to follow the rules. After LR news, I think most regulated brokers would go strictly in verifying their clients.

Even FXCM was fined by NFA for being dishonest but I still think this is a decent broker. However, you can try HotForex, I am trading with this and I think it meet all topic owner's requirements.

^ Yeah, Exness and Robo are two bad brokers. They have good starting deposit but they do often requotes and have slipage. Just try others like FXCM, HotForex.
