Hi umpats, 3 out of 4 is great. I'm a little confused with your charts. Maybe use light colored lines to outline the wedge shape, or indicate where the count started (it should start from the top on an up sloping pattern). Thanks for posting.

From the Bill Wolfe PDF, I do like the idea of being prepared to take profit at the horizontal from point 4. This chart shows the advantage, where price stopped at that point and did not continue to the target. image

Interesting monocor, What ever works is fine. I usually take 1/2 profit at estimated 1/2 way to target, but yours looks like a good plan.

Good question. I feel either way is OK, but maybe someone has a definitive answer. Obviously the profit target would be different. We have already moved 30 pips or so depending on the entry.
