people use technicals to be more objective, but trout is generally right, you can get your ass handed to you pretty quickly on smaller time frames

I dont think this qualifies as an epiphany, but finding the right time frame for yourself (and your system) is a move in the right direction.

take profit off the table faster find a better system/ time frame in which you have full confidence, this made all the difference for me

It 'popped' because london is closing, people are taking profits on a Friday after a long move south, oh and a divergence. I love how they use news after the fact to explain technicals.
