Hey, buddy, I won't argue. Keep seeing what you want to see and accusing others of not knowing how to read and being brainwashed if you like. You're only picking the numbers that suit you. Not interested in battling over numbers. And no, France has ...
ECB's Villeroy: France Is Resisting The Unfavourable Environment Rather Well

Why "poor Germans"? The Euro has been a heaven-sent mana, artificially deflating their currency and boosting their industry (against their European competitors).

This is a funny comment from Villeroy. France is resisting nothing. It already hit rock bottom long time ago and long before the others. Not much room to go further down. Country is in shambles.

Lame sales man speech for ignorants. China isn't paying a penny. American consumers are.

Depends who reads the news I guess. On myfxbook, forecast for Durable goods orders was at -1.8%, not -1.1% as indicated on FF. So, at -1.6%, the numbers are better than expected for myfxbook and worse than expected for FF. Now, beats me who's right ...

"Normal" doesn't mean much regarding the Euro. For the Germans, a "normal" euro would be around 1.5; for the French (and the like), that would be around 1.05 to 0.95. That's the whole problem of this multinational currency

First time I'm hearing that! Explain the mecanism and special bonds between the UK and Germany. Strange that the EU be controlled by the French and that they got their pockets filled. From what I see, not very many of them are in key positions and ...

I am not sharing your optimism. Some studies (quite exhaustive) show that if some countries had retained the original currencies they would be better off today. Just one example, the study showed that France's gdp would be higher and the unemployed ...

Italy's Salvini accuses ECB of damaging local banks

Despite your sarcasm, what NBFX says is totally true. The fixed exchange rate imposed by the Euro among countries with different levels of productivity was simply a way to kill competition from lower productivity countries within Europe and make ...

I think this article is propaganda for the eurocrats who want to praise themselves for what in their eyes looks like a good job. Another way of telling the crowds: "look at how good we are." Their article would be all the truer is they had used ...

Yes, your curve looks good and it coincides with the eurusd move down from the 1.40 area to where we are now. But for some big countries (France, Italy, Spain, Greece), the situation is nothing but bleak. Bigger countries can help smaller countries, ...
Euro area unemployment at 8.2%

Look at the right side of the chart: is that any impressive? A very imbalanced number due to an ill-calculated euro. It would be impressive it the difference between Germany and Spain wasn't that huge. What to say about faked Portugal numbers which ...
