Long scalp — Just took a long scalp. Not expecting a trend change, just reading VSA on 5m shows some buying interest.

I know — Well, obviously Aussie has been buoyed by the rate hike, but RonPaul does have a point. EVERYONE is short. We shouldn't fight it, but we should at least be aware that things can turn on a dime. I remember 118 very well, everyone here ...

Eyes open — Something similar to now happened at 118; a double dip in a very strong downtrend, everyone was expecting further falls, but we bounced hard. 118 hasn't been seen since. The smart money would be on further falls, but it's by no ...

Hmmm — Well, I do see some buying here, but that it's too early to tell just how big the orders are. Can I ask what you're basing your call on?

Oh rly. lol — Easy 50 pips huh? You see it drop like a stone in a downtrend for 70 pips and catching the exact bottom for a 50 pip retrace is easy? I wish I were you.

Reduced shorts — Reduced short exposure. Gold due a retrace, AY testing resistance and Sterling hitting previous support. Will re-short on retrace/break of 140.30.

Precisely. It's in no one's interest for complete Dollar collapse. Some form of winding down over the next few years is certain though.

Screwy day — Strange kind of PA today for GY. Aussie has ripped up due to their rate hike and I would have thought this would spill over to the other 'carries' A test of the last low, 139.75, now looks certain to me. 136 may not be far away, ...

lol — It's going up. Hope this helps.
Seriously, long Gold now at your peril. 1032 nearly hit and it's a near certainty we'll see a short term bounce from the top. I've closed all my Gold longs.Auslanco - GBP/JPY and GBP/USD (newstrade)

ha ha — They did the same sort of research over here, (UK), and it was found that a stupidly high % of £20 notes in circulation had traces of cocaine on them.

Aussie — i can't imagine a big selling day today on any of the Yen pairs after the RBA rate hike. I expect some carry follow through. No shorts 'til later in the week I think.

14 WMA — I'll cut if we get to 142.92, not afraid to be wrong.
The 14 WMA works really well for trend continuation indication. Plot one on a 4hr chart and you will see what I mean. It's obviously blunter than the 5 SMA, but will ...Auslanco - GBP/JPY and GBP/USD (newstrade)

Cheeky long — Taken a wee long scalp @ 143.40. S/L at 4hr 14 WMA, (142.92). Not long bias, but this trade looks a reasonable risk/reward.

Weekend quotes — Price just hit the low of the weekend quotes, (taking into account spreads etc). I know everyone here scoffs at them, but they provide a brilliant clue where we might go during the Asian session. We could bounce back up here.
