I agree with you 100% Unfortunately for those who live outside of the USA it's not the FED's problem. The FED has to look out for the USA 1st that is it's mandate. The FED is the FED and not the UN.

Actually a great clue will occur today at 1.00 pm est with the 10 year bond auction. Let's see what demand is and how that effects rates for USD. Personally I think that has more potential to move market than the already known FOMC minutes.
