You can use the strategy tester and run it in past data so you can test the good in the indicators used it does not repaint then no difference in trading it live and demo

You need to put the Bressert indicator in the data folder of your mt4 open your mt4 and look for file then click Open data folder look for MQL4 folder then click on indicators then paste Bressert indicator in that folder

I in person have not tried it in tf higher than 15m for me i am always after fast profits higher tf means higher targets when scalping the longer you leave your trade the longer you expose your account to risk
