aediaz1 replied Aug 25, 2011I first believed that every trade from 18.4 had to be in both MM of daily and week. In some pairs, like cad/jpy, this is not necessary. I tested it mechanically, using Ninjatrader 7. P.S: that is very true for swissy-pairs.
