start with one pair, and work with it until you think you are very comfortable with it, once you are then its best to move on. being very good at trading one pair is better than trading half-assed with 10 pairs.

Same with mine, it stays at GMT, regardless of DST. I believe GMT always stays the same, its just the other time frames that move back and forth one hour.

Yeah I agree with most of the replies here, you are ready for a micro account. Oanda is the best for small accounts, you can fund it with as little as you want. Fund it with any small amount you wont lose any sleep over losing and you're on your way.
