Contrary to fashionable views, the basics of my trading lie in indicator-based signals and old-fashioned Dow-theory breakouts. All other forms of fancy or non-fancy analyses, from Gann to geometry or EW, are only to provide road maps. I am most ...

Now I've loaded that Zup107 and the fork it has on Cable daily is drawn from a conventional low for A (6/Oct low). However, on my chart, I moved A (of the blue up fork) to the left of a slightly higher low (22/Sept), assuming the lower low as a wash ...

Hi, Ziko9o8 I believe the 'green triangle' you mentioned was drawn by the Korharmonic indicator, not by Zup. I had not looked into any Zup and Korharmonic updates for a long while and was still using Zup86. So, thanks for your charts that picked my ...

My voodoo calculations have next Friday (or give and take 1/2) as a potential high for Euro and Cable (edit: cycle date for Cable is actually 21/2, euro is 18/2 which is a Saturday so I move it to Friday but it could well be the Monday afterwards. ...

Hi, Ian. I do something similar on a spreadsheet. Where did you get the indicator? Would it be possible for you to post/share it? Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. I meant: what indicator/tool did you use to put those price levels in those little box? I don't know such a tool, and it would be handy to have it rather than drawing lines on charts.

Hi, Godim. Would you mind posting the indicator you used to label price levels on charts in a small box? Thanks.

Interesting. I did study MMaths before, but it still comes across a tad subjective to me, plus the range reset is just not on though can be dealt with. What I like is for a system to be as mechanical as possible. It's nice to have MM aside as a ...

My demo long was closed near the high and reversed short, by a robot that I was testing. I prefer less subjective judgement and executions. Would you please share how you pick your entries?

Earik Beann and some of his software users do this sort of stuff, can't remember what it's called, but on the first chart, is he suggesting some levels and also time when moon travels to conjunct mars?

Euro on daily put in a very strong near-reversal pattern, so I guess any down move is at most a retracement. If it takes out 3076 and especially 32, then no way back. But I would rather like Pippin's scenario of going down to near 2600
