If youre trading at S/r then youre trading the swing. But for newer traders yes attacking s/r from above/below with the momentum is probably the best way indeed.

If you are using their desktop app, go to risk manager and youl be able to see you detaled exposure to changes in undderlying price. Of course these changes represent values as per the current greek values. Which change as theta changes.
