Sitting out G/U, can't make heads or tails of that one.. But here's E/J, 4H first then 15M. Price couldn't close lower then the last 4H DBLHC that sent us up to 115, and instead we got a hammer. If 15M PA can close above 111.56, hold, and retest ...

Since we've been talking about details and putting it all together, etc, here's my take on A/U going into the new Asian session.. Attached is the daily chart first, then 4H, then 15M. The GMT Daily candle just closed above the 50MA, and the final 4H ...

Yeah, it appears it's all about the repetition. It took months of repetition for the gist of the overall method to sink in, so it'll probably take weeks for each specific detail to really sink in. I do think there's little ways here and there to ...

Thanks, I'm trying to learn the finer points on these types of trades. It's amazing how much is in the details.

Did he ever give this thing an official name? I'm not talking about the classical DBHLC/DBLHC, although he definitely payed attention to those as well. This one was sort of a subset of those but he gives visual examples of this particular type all ...

I haven't looked back too thoroughly yet but it seems as long as you're there to watch the PA and set the stop manually, check the area, etc it's a reasonably safe trade; a PO would be a lot more risky, you don't want to get pulled in to the market ...

Yeah I missed G/U completely, got 0 pips on that entire move.. I was looking for price to get above 1.5956 at the London open but never got it.. but it did hit 1.5950 and then tested that level at the US open, that would have been the ideal time to ...

Anyone take the E/J "London Fakeout" earlier? I took it at GMT 8:00, had a few pips drawdown but the overall setup was almost identical to yesterday except that price came back up and tested the level one more time before heading downward

LOL, I caught myself staring at that picture for several minutes pondering how they got those trailers in that picture secured against wind/etc. A slow Asian session does very funny things to your brain. I noticed it's a Japanese banking holiday so ...

Very interesting. Yeah I would think that if you were just going to trade an hour or two and call it a day, the London open would be your time. It tends to consistently have some nice moves, or at least enough volatility to score 20-40 pips. You ...

Yeah I wouldn't set a PO for it. But if you're at the screen to watch the PA, and you see it stall and throw off a lot of wicks right there, it seems to be a reliable area to trade.

I just hope she never peeks at the charts, then she'll see how many of those morning moves I miss and probably assume I must be sneaking off somewhere else in the middle of the night
I got A/U and E/J at the top, then closed both out way too ...Ken's Continuing Successes with EO's system

Awesome posts! I have trouble multitasking (reading/trading) during London until I've woken up for a few hrs but I'm catching up. Speaking of percent returns, the reason I ended up here was a response by Ken on babypips to a group of posters who ...

This might be a little bit of rambling but the above quote resonated with me because my biggest problem is seeing the "where": I think a lot of people that start with EO's method begin by taking all the entries regardless of where they are on the ...

Do you see the 112.7X area on your chart, which was the previous day's Asian high, as well as today's US and London high? Once price broke out of that area you want to try to find a long seat, it gave us a couple safe opportunities in the 112.8X ...

Did you understand the previous G/U trade that was posted? We had some resistance at 1.593X and you can see what happened the last time price hit that price, it had the possibility of forming a double top. So it's primarily a PPA trade but if you ...
