if u SCAN and PING is n/a it means ur broker turned off server ... i think try to get some other mt4 to make ur analysis i prefer : url url im sure they work all the time coz im using them right now

i use InterBankfx , LiteFX and XTB and they work all the time (all mt4) there is no problem to login to their servers maybe proxy or other problem with ur ISP ?
