      it's coming to the end of the ny session... it seems unlikely now that price will reach 1.3 esp. today... more likely to get some short covering as traders book their profits...

      you need to have 4 vouches to be able to vouch... but once you get those then you can simply vouch in return... which then defeats the whole purpose...

      target is the 1.3000 barrier... and currently it seems to be grinding down... longs may be risky at this stage, until the barriers are taken out, but then getting back above 1.3050 may be a problem
