The reason for my short was this bearish OB at the 4hr tf wich closed below the 4hr 10ema. I should have looked on the daily more closely as you mentioned.

Ucad bounced from the daily 200ema as well, actually at the dot. I think Ucad is more important than Ecad for the direction of the Canadian dollar. Because The United States and Canada are important trade partners of each other.
