The use of indicators like RSI and stochs are good for identifying trends...everytime it gets OB or OS means the trend is strong in either direction

Just wondering, wasnt ma created to 'smooth' price action? i.e. reduce the so called noise? While trading MA cross over is a sure no, but noting price movements in relation to the MA curves, could prove uselful. imho.
