In the matter of honesty - most absurd announcements are made from Goldman Sucks (ups, Sachs or whatever). The Germans are a little bit more passive and conservative :-).

I doubt the dips today will be that deep to worth buying. I got some small short from 1.6165 targeting 1.6115 and then will wait for the next week - dips will be there.

Some internal gut feeling tells me that not yet. Seen how many happy buyers of GBP and EUR yesterday - hard to believe reversal is that soon.
