Ok that was stressful morning very wild ride at 6:30 news. Started trading after it slowed down a little. Traded my system on the Euro and Vidvad's(my version) on the GBP. Don't love days like this too volatile. I'm done for the day.

Got a move up which would have covered my loss, but PA to quick 3 fast candles after signal. Think markets trying to tell me something like nope not today amigo. I am done. So not my day but kept losses a a minimum, so no complaints.
