With all due respect because you sound a lot smarter than me, wouldn't it be easier to just say "price is consolidating down to 1.36. At that point we will have to wait and see if price will move up, down, or sideways"

If employment numbers are down, then look for more QE = dollar weaker. If employment numbers are up, then look for investors to take on more risk = dollar weaker. Without any other major currency news out there I'd look for continued dollar ...
