It seems the OP is just asking for the biggest MT4 broker in terms of the NFA's capital requirement. I think FXCM is now the largest.

most of the brokers you list will not like you scalping in that time frame and will make things very difficult for you. You should really move to an ECN or currency futures since you are trading EURUSD.
