Also as price goes up Open Interest goes up without anyone needing to increase positions since it’s number of tokens*price That means that if it keeps going up, no one going to be able to short (ever)…unless they increase the cap

No one can short rn due to Open Interest cap (only sell orders are from longs closing). So that means the liquidations about to hit an illiquid book
