Trading 1 lot ... with $300-900 profit a day.. I'm guessing you have 30-90 pips profit a day. I can't judge how sound your system is but my advice is to start a live account with $300 first .. see if you can make 30-90 pips a day with real money ... ...

The MIT aurora test is useless for me. I had never ever traded with line chart. They should have provided candlestick charts as well.

The research that I mentioned was a very old one mentioned in one of the classic trading book I read long time ago. Perhaps the MIT study is more up-to-date.

that sounds logical to me, but to be practical in trading, i assume all setup will fail so im always prepared for failure. This is all trader need to worry about.

Btw to answer ur question. someOne did an experiment to see if trader can distinguish randomly generated chart and real chart. Result: they ccouldnt tell the difference. This result tells nothing bout market tradability. Dont take it too seriously

I think naked trading does not mean 100 percnnt naked. Even cndlestick is a form of indicator. It doesnt matter if the market is random, we deal with randomity evryday in life . no big deal

For daytraders, i suggest using ema close 288 on 5 min tf. Only take long position when price above the ema and vice versa. Why 288? 288 x 5 = 24 hour. Good trading

I dont use trail stop. Too inflexible. My rules with stop losses is just .. "move SL to break even and wait for TP to get hit, if it didnt get hit .. try again tomorow"

I agree with you. Less trade is better. Especially for "market open breakout" traders like me. One trade is all I need a day. Wait for signal, pull the trigger, wait to move SL to breakeven, go elsewhere with TP intact. Wash, rinse, repeat everyday. ...

Dont borrow money from anywhere to trade forex ... Why not just open a really small account with Oanda ? You can even trade with USD 50. Keep trading, save some money ... then inject your money into the account from time to time .... watch your ...
