I actually had not noticed the fast RSI crossing but I guess it makes sense with momentum slowing and the first bullish candle after six bearish. Good observation hocius.

Spot on. For the hedge entry I felt that after the bullish candle had completed the bears were done for the moment. Alternatively, a "safer" entry could have been 2 candles on after a 2-bar test.

The great thing about Alan's system is that is doesn't matter if PA goes against you because you keep the losses tiny and the reward huge. Combine the tools that have been provided and the odds are stacked immensely in your favour.

Perhaps I can annoy Alan by jumping in here . Notice how peak C was lower than A in Alan's chart, but the RSI was in divergence. Therefore, this is a bearish ABCD (target at D) and PA going long is the "wrong way".
