but once you enter a trade you use the 5 min chart correct? I believe that's what trader dale does?

if someone missed the first entry at 122.32 ,,,when price bounced to 122.29,,,,could they of entered then? or even doubled up position?

if you back tested his results you should be able to come up with how he figures his levels??? no? after all ,,most traders r only 1 or 2 pips away from his levels
