Still @ Apex... My opinion on the rule changes = big yawwwnnn I have not withdrawn <52600 per 50K in about a year, so the safety net/buffer rule does not affect me. My risk per trade on 2500 DD was 6% and is now 10% so the 30% rule also does not ...

There is one massive fly in the ointment to infinite growth.... volume limitations, especially for intraday traders, liquidity is not infinite. Depending on a trader's risk, sl size & available <5 level market depth, they could be position size ...

Apex is currently only talking about the good changes coming Nov 1st..... it's always a give and take with more trader friendly prop rules or faster payouts. I anticipate Daily limit added, no withdrawal of buffer $, higher prices/less sales, ...

15-20% for several months in a row is not impossible just not with a 5% max drawdown limit. If you're willing to risk 20-50% of the account you can run into that kind of performance.

I have increased my trade risk @ props so my historical max DD is now 90% of available drawdown. Long term thinking with props has gone out the window.

Why do you complain about props on and on every single day in here, YET also have this weird gravitational pull to drop hard earned money on props with abysmal reputations?

No reason for them to ban.... move your drawdown to a real FCM broker account... problem solved.

image Coincidence? Maybe... maybe not... it could just be that once word gets out that a prop is paying big, here comes the avalanche of cheaters to abuse the system, but something has changed over there over the last few months.

at MFFU, Topstep, take profit & Tradeday... if you blow your accounts right before reaching their forced live payout levels and reset with new challenges would you keep getting payouts via live sim potentially way past their thresholds?

Top step & Alpha futures are flying close to the sun with their proprietary fake futures platforms offering CFDs in disguise to US citizens.

MFFU has a new starter plus plan up... daily limit removed no activation fee a little bit more expensive than regular starter 50K for $120 ($96 20% off currently) vs. $80 a bit higher target/dd ratio... 50K = 1.5 vs 1.2 for regular starter cons 50% ...

Purdia, tick tick & elitetrader were all started way before the shit hit the fan with the CFTC taking out MFF & FX props lost their meta access... those 2 events caused the stampede to start futures firms. No one really cared about futures props ...

Which is why those numbers are likely complete BS. Fxify has never been a top 10 prop by marketshare. Funded Next, FTMO, MFF, TFT & APEX were likely the only props large enough to cross 150K accounts.

My understanding is that nobody new is getting Tradovate for at least 10 months after applying. Tradify must have been sitting waiting for quite some time for approval before launching.

Unlike forex props which were allowing illegal access to CFD's by US citizens, the futures props that send traders live via real CFTC regulated brokers should be safe. At the end of the day the CME/CBOT/COMEX/NYMEX and their enforcement arm @ the ...

The only problem... that 2% (US) was the most lucrative market for FX props purchasing >30% of all challenges. The FX props lost their most lucrative market to the US based futures firms.

Alpha Capital and their proprietary platform have gone nowhere on the futures side. Not having rithmic/ninjatrader/Tradovate is a massive competitive disadvantage for the new firms coming in.
