Gomarkets allow fast scalping even if it's succesful for trader, and even with large orders of some lots, or scalping is unwelcome or manipulated if trader win, and if scalper win with fast orders, this cause systematic loss for broker?

It strikes me as rather strange as to why any broker would want to do regular maintenance in the middle of the Asian session. Surely the period between rollover and the start of the Asian session would be more suitable.
