The operating capital is irrelevant. The company that buys Alpari will already have that, if not, KPMG will not sell the business to them. The assets are what will make the company attractive to a buyer.

I dont think the customers are the biggest assets. Its the subsidiary's of Alpari UK that are the biggest assets. The costs to set up a brokers in other countrys will by far outweight the 100 million held in segregated accounts for the clients. ...

I agree. I was talking about positive account holders like myself. Negative account holders will be chased for money owed without doubt as the debt is still an asset for the administrators which they can sell on to recoup money for the creditors.
