Yes that's correct. You have to pay for data feed (NQ) if you'll be using Inter.Brokers. The price for single symbol (NQ) should be around 5usd/month.

Thank you jtrade for sorting it out for me. I have to lived with those unfilled orders. Hope in the long run this "stats" settles a bit down. As I mentioned before 9 out od 10 unfilled orders is bad.
