you are wasting your valuable time trading forex Trade indices with at least 2 or more upper timeframes moving in you direction from the timeframe you are trading 1 min dow moves over 200 pips at a time on 1 min swings

sure, use period converter to make a 2 min chart then use whatever you like for a 1 min signal,,,using the 2 min chart for direction
