recently been doing breakouts after a good trend move in one direction . then buying/selling opposite side of breakout in direction of trend. works for R.R pretty well. and it's where smart money buy. so you can usually see it, like you mention with ...

agree. and that sideways moves does provide liquidity. I've seen trader's with no patience get chopped up by small 5/10 pip moves.

bull candle coming off, the level. Buy limit above/on session open . normally tests it before going. something like this on euraud. image can see it tested it. bull candle before it. then long.
