on M30 chart, there is the channel of last week, so I'd like to see price rise and find resistance to go short...

Th H1 chart also looks to me like path of least resistance is down.

On the Weekly Chart we can see that DAX has been rising since the 2008 crash, but is currently in a downtrend, which appears to me is not yet complete.?

I closed the other short ($4) just because I reckon that we are at Support and Monday is probably upwards exploring the channel.
