Mono - I've ditched the demo that had the margin call and recommenced with 0.1 lots on 8 pairs with your settings. Maybe I should shed a couple of pairs since the equity is 5k. Are you trading 24hrs? I'm generally switching my system off at 10pm GMT.

Guys'n'gals, today I got a cable trade closed by the server for a loss of $740, with the comment "Firebirdv63G(99.5%)". Is this a margin call that erased 3 days of no losses? If so that's a good lesson learnt!

amazingly, these 3 pairs accounted for all the losers while testing phoenixv2.0 also. I'll continue forward testing them, but a good move if going live would be to ditch them and not trade on fridays, I agree.

tradeigel, Hendricks new trial setting v21 have lower safepipsdistance and safearea. one suggestion may be to avoid big news times for the particular pairs(s) affected, eg. not trading today around time of UK data.
