well USDJPY has been trying to break through 116 all day today and before that too and there is a good chance that it will pull GBPUSD up with it if it finaly manages to break through that level.

I think, its digital double no touch options (DNT) , NT is just - no touch, which means a bet on sideways market for 2 years between stated price ranges. Not sure what TV is though
