Accucharts has the fib arcs tool, however the arcs don't remain fixed whenever I have to zoom in or out on the chart. I haven't made use of the MT4 platform much at all.

How can I offset the time on daily candles? The option isn't available for this timeframe for some reason but it is for others (4hr, 1hr, etc.) I wish to have the daily candles open at -5 GMT instead of -7 GMT.
