Triangle — Possible triangle here. They are tradable, however, we need to interupt our trades because this particular example has the 50 SMA running right down the middle and the P/A is respecting it.

20 Pips max. — There will not be many trades looking for more than 20 pips. It will be 10 to 20 pips with very short stops. Most of the time will be spent drawing and erasing trendlines. Example break trade below I just took.
