There is no way to tell (aside from your chart), people make the risk-on/risk-off call after they see the news release, the initial market reaction, and where the market is a few hours later.

Good or bad US news can send the market in either direction. ADP news could be looked at as good for the US so we will have a strong USD. On the flip side, it could be seen as strong US = take more risk so people sell USD to buy EUR, GBP, AUD... ...

Zoom all the way in on your MT4 chart. Then zoon out one level. Plot a trend line by angle. I have found many trends on the daily timeframe follow about a 30° angle for up trends and a 330° angle for down trends at that zoom level.

News is a poor indicator of where a currency might go. It can be detrimental to your trading. There is always some volatility associated with any big news - but usually the market keeps headed in the direction it was going before the news.

Improving US situation = risk on, so investors are more likely to sell less risky assets (USD) and buy ones with more risk(EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD). At least until we start seeing some #'s that those economies are worsening.
