Great time to enjoy life and a hobby. For example, I have been a web developer for years but just started playing with Adobe Flex; I am impressed so far. Scott

Price is heading into an area that could prove to be solid support. The bar formation you are asking about is weak. I would like to see price move a bit lower yet and give a solid PA setup. If the nose was longer, I would probably take it. Scott

I did not take the PB, but I would have gotten out at the 1.55 zone as well. Not strong enough of a push to keep me in. Scott

Chart — I entered short on the break of yesterday's BEOB. I entered short because of the double top and fib retracement. Since this was a minor swing high, I planned on taking full profit on a small move only. The next bar missed my TP by 10 ...

I agree. Entering in that fashion is fine only when the first support/resistance has not been reached. When I enter after price comes back after a break, I make darn sure the water is still "safe" first. Scott

Another Scott! Your plan looks solid. I passed on this solely because I do not trade 2-bar setups. Nothing wrong in doing so; just the way I am. Scott

I had a pending order on this one, however, my broker canceled it due to slippage. I just added the pending order back in. I am aiming for the 0.6600 area as well. Scott

Ben, PBs have a long nose. I do not consider the monthly nor weekly bars to be PBs. The monthly bar does not come close but the weekly is getting there. The weekly bar is roughly the same length as the bars before it, but how can an average sized ...

I believe it is best to play a break of the 1.66 area like you plan to. Also, PPZs are zones. I place them at the nearest round number such us 1.6600, 1.6650 etc.

Ghous, Great job! Just to clarify that I would jump on a weak PB in the same location if it was the first time testing the zone on the way up, however, price already tested it and retreated at least once. Scott

I am picky, yes. The past three years showed me it pays to be.
I know one that meets my criteria will come along soon enough. Scott james16 Chart Thread

I went down to the 1hr timeframe to exit. What I do is watch for a strong rejection on that timeframe. If anyone tries this, please demo it first as it is easy to get too "cute". I did not exit right after the first bullish bar of of the 1.8050 zone ...

I trying to pick on you, but I suggest reading up on the EW guidelines. Your count does not break any rules but the primary count should be the one that follows the guidelines the best until proven wrong. Your first wave two is a lower degree than ...

I closed my position with a 20 pip profit. I closed the position because price did not move as I expected. I expected price to get rejected at the 1.9 area which did not happen. I now expect the 1.9 area to act as support for a retest of the 1.93 ...

Attached is an updated indicator with one bug fix and one alteration. The indicator is now pickier on the setups. For example, it ignores pinbars where it deems the nose to be too short. Lastly, if you have questions, comments or suggestions, PM me. ...
