Usdjpy replied May 20, 2010Hi yeri, please trade carefully. It seems to me you didn't have any SL in place? I'm still looking at the candles, it doesn't seem good at all. More downward momentum in place. Take care.

Usdjpy replied May 20, 2010Longer Term Trading (Those with holding power) — Longer Term players may wanna buy @ 88.xx price. There's strong chance this pair may reach 95.xx / 100.xx levels in the next 3 to 6 months (SL @ 87.xx or 50 pips if you like) .

Usdjpy replied May 20, 2010I gave up my fulltime job to trade Forex a few years ago. It was definitely worth it ! Now I make many times more $ on good months, speculating in the Forex market.

Isnt a service career more satisfying then trading?

Usdjpy replied May 20, 2010I trade both long and short term. Sometimes entry/exit within an hour. Sometimes entry/exit for a few weeks.
How Long is your typical trade?

Usdjpy replied May 20, 2010I agree with thelws. A fatal error in the wrong direction can wipeout an entire account eg. trading GBPJPY or EURJPY
why is everyone so afraid to average down?
-
Usdjpy replied May 20, 2010Fast Vs. Slow Daily Candles — The downward momentum is pretty strong. If it comes down fast, it may break the 90.xx level. If it comes down after a few days, 90.xx will hold.
Happy trading and best of luck !USD/JPY Discussion
