Markam, are you referring to tick data? That depends upon your data feed. Forex is much more "eratic" than the futures market but my lag time is around 5-10 seconds depending on the strength of the trend. If the dow takes off GBP/JPY is right behind ...

The housing sector is what 2% of the overall markets and 13 percent of that is subprime. Anyone have these numbers? How much of the sub prime is in default? Markam where are yah, i know your around here somewhere?

I prefer using a 21 period over a 12 but i think it depends on the pair your trading. GBP/JPY has the largest range so applying a 21 really shows the swings. What application are you using that displays your Keltner ATR?
