i think each person has his/her own strategy , you can stay behind your computer 10 hours a day or you can stay 1hour a day ,the American-European session has most liquidity and you can trade 1 or 2 hour a day during this session .

we talk about retail market not huge banks , if you want to have 0.2 spread you must invest 1 million dollar with jpmorgan for example ,,,but with 1000 or 10000$ the lowest spread brokers are oanda , mbtrading ,dukascopy or some others . i think ...

as you see the poll result dukascopy recommended , but i dont trade with dukas to see if they have fast execution or no ,but i trade with alpari uk they dont provide fast execution ,they have requoted .

Actually these brokers are NFA regulated and provide leverage 1:50 except dukascopy that provide 1:100 and fxcm.co.uk provide 1:200 that is why i choose fxcm.co.uk but the poll result is completely negative
