You have put it in the wrong tab. The visualisation tab of any indicator is used to select which time frames the indicator is shown on. The correct inputs will be found under Valori di input tab. image

Looking at your chart it is also happening to the indicator on the top right of your chart and the news indicator in the bottom right. This leads me to believe that it is not an issue with the indicator but an issue with your Mt4 platform. Try it on ...

TaH does advise that you use the template provided as there is a specific order that you have to set up the indicators. Have you tried loading his template?
