I don't know why we are whining about wine; I was talking about grapes. I have plenty growing in my yard (Thomsons Seedless). Heaps of people grow their own grapes here so why import them.

Only 17%, then this makes even less sense because steel comes in many forms, rebar, RSJ's, tube stock, flat coils and so on. I should think there are many mills throughout the land, so this is hardly going to affect their bottom line.
