Well, I decided not to trade today because its friday, red news ahead and already up 9 percent this week... But looking at the charts would tell me to sit on my hands until news are gone

GJ Sled... should have listened to my gut feeling, which was telling me not to take it! GJ always seems to range at least 1.5 - 2 hours before red news, especially on LO... -5 so far for the day

When you trade on demo, I would definately trade!! When you trade live... Then I think it would be the best to stop, clear your mind and start again tomorrow
