You can now trade with Lmax using Multicharts DT (free edition). No need for $5000 account minimum and 250 contracts traded/month. A great combo, in my opinion.

For anyone interested, MBTX+MCDT working fine on eur/usd today. Think not setting Navigator preferences for single click order entry was problem. Getting fast fills on market and limit orders and OCO combos are working fine.
