It is actually very simple if folks would follow the naming conventions I suggested. The name of the demo account for sntest is SNTEST, the name for the demo account for sntest1 is SNTEST1. The only other concern is to make sure that the account # ...

It may be correct but please open a new account with the name 'sntest4' so we can be sure. The account name shown for sntest4 shows up in at least two places. image
