Are you taking into account your broker maximum order limit? I also had this situation with multiple eas on one account and some would not open orders, turns out my broker had 200 max orders limit at the same time.

I changed the magic numbers but no trades are made. How long does it take to open 1 trade more or less? So that i can confirm it is working.
