Yes, I was also charged terrible. 20-30$ per withdrawal and I have to sell my fund to exchanger. Through the bank, I know there is an intermediary company charge it, Skrill has nothing to do with that amount, they have $4-5 per withdrawal.

Skrill is much faster but wire doesn't charge ton of fees. Time doesn't matter if you don't use it for other business (and you shouldn't). So 5 days or 1 day could be same in choosing a payment method for fund withdrawal.
