10% every day? That doubles the balance in 2 weeks, compounding effect not included. Can you confirm I got you well ? Otherwise, agree rules and patience to stick to them are absolute pre requisite. But my main struggle is thinking in probabilities.

It depends like always on the location. Shorting before 1400 maybe suicidal. But not at 1400-1420 IMHO.

Nothing new but so difficult to achieve, specially the "keep the journal" part. I never was able to do it for a full week. I even have a recording software, but often "forget" to turn it on when entering a trade.
